COUNTY CHOIR FUNDRAISING FOR THE TRUST BID

The County Choir who are often heard from the terraces at Rodney Parade as well as away grounds have come up with two fundraising initiatives to support the Trust bid.

The choir in recognising not everyone can afford to spend the minimum required to acquire shares have set up a co-operative approach where they will happily take any donation, whatever the amount and then put that towards a share purchase. Anyone who donates will have their name recorded by the County Choir in recognition of their contribution. To contribute please see any of the County Choir at tomorrow’s game. They will be selling 50/50 tickets around the ground. In addition they will also be collecting foreign coins at each of the entrances. The intention is then to take them to cash convertors and any monies raised will then go towards buying shares and supporting the Trust bid. Gavin Foxall from the Trust commented “This is a great initiative from the County Choir who have been supportive throughout this process.” Chris Silverthorne relayed “We are 100% behind the club being supporter owned and this is our way of contributing to that”
