Priority FA Cup tickets: membership queries

Priority ticket sales for the club's FA Cup third round tie against Premier League Leicester City started today and continue up to and including Christmas Eve.

Trust volunteers, including directors, were on hand to deal with problems or enquiries from members today and will be throughout the priority sales window.

Due to IT issues referred to in a Trust communication on December 14, some Trust members have received emails stating their memberships have expired.

Providing there is a record of a payment within the last 12 months, then there is no issue with memberships.

As we said on December 14, please be assured any email you have received does not affect your current membership, priority tickets or any other benefits you may currently have.

If you are purchasing priority tickets in person between now and December 24 and you have any doubts about your membership status, please double check with Jayne Morris or any Trust director on duty at the ticket sales outlet to avoid unnecessary disappointment.

Up to 6,000 tickets will be available for sale to home fans. This number is considerably more than the potential number of priority ticket purchasers. All those who qualify for, and wish to purchase, priority tickets will be catered for.

Members who qualify for membership cards (silver, gold and platinum members) can pick these up on any day between now and December 24 at the designated ticket sales outlet - please check the club website here for more details on sales outlets.
