NEWPORT COUNTY AFC SUPPORTERS TRUST: ELECTION OF MEMBERS TO THE TRUST BOARD 2017
GUIDANCE FOR POSTAL VOTING
Please read the following guidance carefully before completing and returning your ballot paper.
There are five places available for election to the Trust Board and we have received six valid nominations from Trust members. This means that we have a contested election.
You can vote for up to five candidates by placing a cross alongside their name in the column marked 'vote'. You can vote for any number of candidates between one and five.
Please do not attempt to show a preference amongst the candidates for whom you wish to vote by placing numbers 1,2,3 etc in the 'vote' column. Simply place a cross alongside the names of the candidates you would like to see elected.
All candidates have produced a short address to make their case as to why they believe you should vote for them. The addresses are published on the Trust website www.ncafctrust.org. We do advise that you read the addresses before casting your votes.
Please do not sign your ballot paper or write anything on the ballot paper by which you might be identified.
Fold your ballot paper, once completed, and place it in the return envelope provided. Secure the envelope carefully and either place it in the post or return it by hand to the official return address. The closing date for the receipt of ballot papers is 5.00 p.m. on Monday 1st January 2018. Any ballot papers received after that date will be rejected.
